WHAT TO EXPECT...

Jamaica's Swimming Olympian, world record holder,World Champion and Sportswoman of the year 2014, will be hosting her annual AA SWIM CLINIC this December 2017. Swimming is not only a sport but a life necessity. This clinic will discuss important swimming techniques, drills, dives, turns, gears, drylands, nutrition, motivations, and everything it takes to be successful as an Athlete and student.

This year our special coach is Timothy Wynter, 2016 Jamaican Olympian and National Record holder. He attends the University of Southern California and is a backstroke and freestyle specialist.

OUR MISSION

To have each swimmer be better than they were coming in; for them to see a future where they can be a strong and successful swimmer.

The Swim Clinic will be capped at 20 swimmers per day. We decided that each swimmer deserves our full attention and the ratio of 1 to 10 is perfect. Each swimmer can swim and have our undivided attention and we can best help your swimmer to his/her potential.

WHY ATTEND?

Swimming is great but it is one of the hardest sports; sometimes it takes a village to raise a successful swimmer. Though the coach, videos, or other swimmers, help in coaching and demostraing the proper techniques, sometimes it just doesn't click. It may take a different perspective, a different example, a live demonstration, or just hearing it someone who has been there, for your swimmer to fully grasp the idea of a stroke. For example(s): The necessity of underwaters, fast turns, proper dives, swimming regulations, suit fitting, warmups, recovery from injuries, preventing injuries, and so on.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

This swim clinic is open to prep schoolers and younger. We only ask that the swimmer CAN INDEPENDANTLY SWIM A 25 METER IN AT LEAST 1 STROKE. 11Yrs and younger is the cut off age for this group. If you are older, please sign up for the Alia Atkinson Swim clinc for High schoolers.

WE HOPE YOU CAPITALIZE ON THIS FANTASTIC DEAL AND EVENT!

WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE.
