The 30th anniversary edition of The Jubilee opens Friday night on the New Glasgow waterfront amphitheatre. Friday's lineup features Valley, Alert The Medic, Begonia, Kasador, and The Public Service — an indie-leaning kickoff to Nova Scotia's award-winning three-day music festival.
