Where: Reach Academy, 2 Widcombe Road, Millsborough (Off Hope Road Going to UWI on your left, between Sovereign Centre and Gas Station. Use Barbican Road and drive in the direction of Mountain Spring, take first left on Doorly Boulevard after going through gully at foot of hill)

Outdoor Madness Boot Camp is designed for weight loss, muscle toning/conditioning and physical endurance. Our services includes:
• Monthly weigh-ins, assessment
• Meal plan
• Before and after pics
• WhatsApp and Facebook group updates 
• Discounts for existing TFC Boot Camp members.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an intense high impact workout session. Persons with severe injuries and disabilities should consult their physician prior to engaging in this Boot Camp. Bring along lots of water, construction gloves, insect repellent, a mat and any weights you may have. Join Trainfit Club and see the many other events/activities we have planned.

Please share with all your Batch Mates and Friends on Facebook , Twitter , Histogram etc. Get your 2015 diaries out as plans for the 80th Anniversary celebration are being unfolded. The Committee is planning a year of activities starting from January 18th with the culminating activities in the week of November 22nd - 28th. 2015
The students will be engaged to write the theme song and create the Banner through a competition which is being organized. The activities are not geared only to the prestigious ladies of this noble institution but all parents, friends well Wishers. Get on board we need your support in ALL the activities for it to be a success.

ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TOWARDS THE RE-FASHIONING OF THE SCHOOL
