These are two hour art classes that start with a blank canvas/bottle and you paint a complete project by the end of the session.  No painting experience is required, just come with an open mind.

A few sips of complimentary wine and the inner Picasso will emerge.


We cater to all ages.  Wine will only be served to adults, at the wine shop you have an alternative for iced tea or lemonade.

Classes are held for painting on canvas or on wine bottles.  We take the art to you. If you have a group persons, we will come to your venue and conduct the class. We also can schedule a class at the wine shop for you.  Call us now, we can even turn your idea into a party!!!

TrainFit Club invites you to be part of its dynamic running group "Come Run B4 The Sun"! 

Join us as we build fitness levels and stamina. Our training is also geared toward prepping for organized road races and includes resistance workouts (in the sands, the hills etc.)

We meet in Kingston on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 4:30am for a road run (locations and routes are announced each week). Warm up/cool down with the team and be energized! 

Participation is open to all fitness levels. Drop in for $400 or ask about our membership rates. Fees include coordinator/instructors, route escort, bottled water, secured parking, registration and bib collection for road races, sands training and more!

The Perfect Finish (Wire Wrapping) Jewellery Workshop

From Concept to Market: The Perfect Finish (Wire Wrapping) Jewellery Workshop is a new workshop that will be implemented by the JBDC’s Incubator and Resource Centre over a four-day period between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm on March 15, 22, 29 & 31, 2016.

The Workshop is designed to assist local jewellery producers to explore the design and product possibilities available through the utilisation of the wire wrapping techniques to create unique and exceptional pieces of jewellery. The Workshop will however be paying special focus to the finish of the pieces that are produced during the workshop. It has been difficult at times, for many producers and retailers alike to produce /access pieces that are not only creative but that also possess a high quality finish that will set the product apart from its competitors both locally and internationally. This workshop represents part of the solution to that problem as the focus this time will be on wire wrapping.

The Workshop will also provide Participants with the opportunity to obtain advice and feedback from experts and retailers on their products and on business practices that can aid them to bring their respective business to the next level.
This Workshop is directed towards jewellery producers/enthusiasts with a basic understanding of wire wrapping, who are interested in learning new techniques, as well as for those individuals who are interested in refining previously learned techniques, while accessing business development advice/strategies.

The Perfect Finish (Wire Wrapping) workshop is a part of the JBDC`s focus to facilitate the development of MSMEs through the development of new products and the strengthening of their businesses and creative capabilities. Developing the creative and business abilities of local entrepreneurs will ultimately lead to more opportunities for them (e.g. participating in local and international value chains). Upon completion of the training programme, participants will be able to create their own wire wrapped jewellery pieces using wire as the main material.
Participants will also be presented with a certificate of participation, and will be engaged in follow-up activities, including the access to the Craft Incubator located at the Incubator and Resource Centre (76 Marcus Garvey Drive Kingston 13).
This workshop is shaping up to be a remarkable one, and something that should definitely not be missed!!
