Public Lecture

TrainFit Club invites you to be part of its dynamic running group "Come Run B4 The Sun"! 

Join us as we build fitness levels and stamina. Our training is also geared toward prepping for organized road races and includes resistance workouts (in the sands, the hills etc.)

We meet in Kingston on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 4:30am for a road run (locations and routes are announced each week). Warm up/cool down with the team and be energized! 

Participation is open to all fitness levels. Drop in for $400 or ask about our membership rates. Fees include coordinator/instructors, route escort, bottled water, secured parking, registration and bib collection for road races, sands training and more!
