Join us for an energetic vinyasa flow set to hip hop and R&B music every second Thursday night of the month (October 12, November 9, December 14) at 7 p.m. at THesis Hotel Paseo in Coral Gables, FL. Let the music set the vibe while we allow our breath and bodies to guide us through this 60 minute flow: including warm-up, strength building asanas, stretching and meditation.

Parking is available in the THesis Parking Garage (entrance through US1) or street parking across the street from the entrance of the hotel through Pay by Phone.

Starting with hors d’oeuvres followed by a tasting course dinner, each course will have elements of caviar and a thoughtful pairing from Roederer’s extensive portfolio from both France and California.

The highlight of the evening will be a sumptuous eight-course tasting menu experience. We will start with a selection of hors d’oeuvres, each perfectly paired with a different Louis Roederer champagne. This will be followed by a magnificent multi-course dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with another exquisite Louis Roederer champagne. The culinary expertise of Chef Jeremy Ford, Chef Dallas Wynne, and their team will shine through as he leads this extraordinary event.
