Barbara Czyz, owner of Unique Food Attitudes offers fabulous unique dishes that are based on Polish tradition which she inherited from her Mother.
Barbara supports local produce by using local ingredients for her recipes.
Some of her popular dishes are:
Goulash, potato pancake, cabbage rolls, Krokiety and red borsch
(crepe rolls with sauerkraut - mushroom stuffing and beet stew), Bigos with bread
(sauerkraut - mushroom - meat stew) Perogies with fried onion and sour cream
(meat, sauerkraut - mushroom cheese - potato).
Free parking is available at rear of restaurant's building.
