Brushes With Cancer Opening Reception

An evening of art and storytelling highlights the intersection of creativity and healing at the Adrienne Arsht Center’s annual Brushes With Cancer Opening Reception. The event takes place Thursday, September 24, featuring an exhibition and silent auction of original works created through the program. Presented in partnership with Twist Out Cancer, a nonprofit organization focused on providing social and emotional support through the arts, the initiative pairs artists with individuals impacted by cancer to collaboratively create meaningful works. Open to the public with RSVP, the reception offers an opportunity to view and acquire artwork while supporting a program centered on community, expression and shared experience.
