Experience Highlights: - Slow down and meet the land with a guided meditation led by your host Wil Brunner. Wil is formally trained as a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide. - Feel close to nature with guided forest-bathing and stewardship activities. Deepen your relationship to nature through sensory activities and simple conservation acts. - Feel at home in the wild with sitting mats and blankets available for you to use.
