Next Level Workshop - Sew Seen: Stitching New Narratives with Nneka Jones

Saturday, Oct 3 - Sunday, Oct 4 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (2 classes) Ages 18+ | Beginner-Intermediate Level Sew Seen: Stitching New Narratives invites participants to explore storytelling through contemporary mixed media techniques that combine printmaking, painting, and embroidery. Inspired by Nneka Jones’ work featured in Avant Garde: Remarkable Women in the Permanent Collection at the Tampa Museum of Art, students will experiment with layering imagery, texture, and thread to transform everyday visuals into expressive works of art.
