AI Corporations (A-Corps) Roundtable

A one-day, invitation-only academic roundtable on corporations operated partly or entirely by autonomous AI agents. The workshop will convene corporate-law and AI-law scholars while the legal architecture remains unsettled, advancing Miami Law's research mission, spotlighting the new Business Law Institute, and positioning the School as a leader in AI governance.
