Ecstatic Dance Launceston Summer Series Vol. 1

Summer is calling. It's time to dance! Welcome the new season into being through the practice of free-form movement. Leave your thinking self at the door and embrace the power of intuition, physical expression and ground shaking bass. Our facilitator guides the session, offering only suggestions to let you welcome sensation and move into those places where your body is calling. Where will the dance take you this time? With musical selections from around the world on a warm sound system, set yourself free and dive into the essential human experience of dance. Doors open 6:10. Doors close and Music starts 6:30. All profits go to World Central Kitchen for Gaza aid What to bring: - Comfortable clothes to dance in. We dance barefoot but can make exceptions for those with foot injuries. - A drink bottle. - Please avoid the use of heavy perfumes or deodorants. The rules of ecstatic dance: 1.
