Achenbach Graphic Arts Council | Connoisseurship & Collecting Classes

These five object-based classes offer a rare opportunity to study works from the Achenbach collection in an intimate setting, deepening your understanding of works on paper through close looking, guided discussion, and direct engagement with curators and specialists.

All classes will be held in the Roberts Seminar Room at the Legion of Honor from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. Each class is limited to just 15 participants, ensuring a focused and interactive experience.

How to purchase tickets

Participants may register for an individual class or select multiple classes according to their interests.

To register for a class, select your preferred class date below, use the + icon to add one ticket, and click Add to order.

To register for additional classes, click Change in the date section, select another class date, use the + icon to add that class to your cart, and click Add to order again. Repeat this process for each class you would like to attend before proceeding to checkout. For assistance with registration, please contact agac@famsf.org.

Those who purchase all five classes together will receive the five-class bundle discount, which will be applied automatically in the cart. The five-class bundle price is $1,200 for AGAC members and $2,000 for non-AGAC members.

For non-AGAC members

The five-class bundle includes a one-year AGAC membership at the $250 level. AGAC membership requires an active FAMSF membership. To claim your AGAC membership after purchase, please forward your confirmation email showing your five-class bundle purchase to agac@famsf.org.
