AvMed Orange Bowl Beach Run

Oceanfront running and college spirit come together at South Pointe Park for the annual AvMed Orange Bowl Beach Run in Miami Beach. Held Sunday, December 13, the event offers 5K and 10K run/walk courses along the roads and paved pathways of South Beach, with views of the coastline and surrounding cityscape.

Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite college colors, and the morning also includes live entertainment and a free Kids Dash for children ages 12 and younger. All 5K and 10K finishers receive medals, with awards presented to top overall, masters and age-group competitors.

Proceeds benefit Orange Bowl Cares community initiatives, including educational programs and local park improvements. Refreshments are available following the race, with age restrictions applying to alcoholic beverages.
