Kids Poke Bowl Making

A Poke Bowl is a traditional Hawaiian dish that typically consists of cubed fish, such as tuna or salmon, served over a bed of rice (usually sushi rice) and topped with various toppings and sauces. In our version of "Poke Bowl," our fish will be roasted, and the rice will be fried in Chinese style.
