- The Annual General meeting at which the Audited Financial Statements for 2015 are to be presented will be held on Wednesday March 16 2016 at 3:00pm the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.
The Board has Approved for Consideration at the AGM the Following: i) The Setting for the second tranche of the Stock Option Plan and for Directors. ii) Each Ordinary Share be Subdivided into two shares effective March 17 2016. iii) A Renounceable Rights Issue, term to be determined be the Directors.
