A little about L.A Wanliss
L.A.Wanliss is currently enrolled in the MFA in Creative Writing Program at The University of the West Indies St. Augustine and is a recipient of 2016\2017 Canada CARICOM Emerging Leaders Scholarship. She has been published in Susumba Bag Moonlight (2016), The Caribbean Writer Nostalgia in Apron (2015), The Jamaica Journal Ana (2015), Small Axe Literary Journal Watching Death (2014). Lesley-Ann Wanliss has been the recipient of the Second Place prize in the Short Fiction component of the Small Axe Literary Competition (2013), a featured poet at the Poetry Society of Jamaica (2012) and is the holder of an Honorable Mention Award for Prose from the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) (2011).
