About this event
The Jamaica National Foundation and USAID's Social Enterprise Boost Initiative (SEBI) will be staging the 2nd National Summit for the social enterprise sector on February 24, 2017 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. This is Jamaica National Foundation's marquee third sector event, held every two years. This year for the first time, we will host Pitch for Purpose, a business pitch competition involving social enterprises and entrepreneurs.
This competition is designed for entrepreneurs and social enterprises to present their business approach to solving a pressing social, cultural, or environmental need in exchange for up to one million dollars in development funding, mentorship and access to the extensive network of the Social Enterprise Boost Initiative.
