To honor this International holiday, sushi lovers can roll on over to the eatery for a sushi rolling class with Chef Carlos Zheng for a hands-on experience. Under the chef’s step-by-step guidance, the guests will learn how to place the fresh ingredients like cucumber, avocado, salmon, or crab on your rice bed, wield a rolling mat like a pro and learn how to build and serve the roll like a pro.
