This New Year’s Eve, Uchi Miami — Wynwood’s favorite, award-winning, nontraditional take on elevated Japanese cuisine by Chef Tyson Cole and Hai Hospitality — is serving up a prix-fixe omakase for two to ring in 2025. Recently named Best Japanese Restaurant by Miami-Dade Favorites, Uchi offers the perfect setting to celebrate the New Year in style.
The decadent $400 dining package serves two and features 11 courses, including seasonal flavors and luxurious ingredients such as champagne granita and gingerbread ice cream. Guests can start with oysters in a pomegranate zu before moving on to lobster tail nigiri, A5 strip with parsnip soubise and halibut in ajo blanco.
