This Thanksgiving, The Ellie Beach Resort invites guests to gather in the first floor ballroom for a festive, chef-curated celebration filled with coastal charm and holiday warmth. On Thursday, November 27, the restaurant will host a Thanksgiving Buffet offering sweeping Atlantic views, live entertainment and a menu crafted to delight every palate. Seatings are available at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
The dinner buffet features a tempting mix of traditional holiday favorites and coastal-inspired creations. Guests can enjoy comforting classics such as Glazed Roast Turkey with cranberry relish and Slow-Roasted Prime Rib alongside Southern specialties such as Grouper Cheeks and Cornbread Stuffing.
