Explore Ai Sushi this International Sushi Day and celebrate at The Lincoln Eatery food hall on June 18th, 2022 at 7:00 pm. To honor this International holiday, sushi lovers can roll on over to the eatery for a sushi rolling class with Chef Carlos Zheng for a hands-on experience. Under the chef’s step-by-step guidance, the guests will learn how to place the fresh ingredients like cucumber, avocado, salmon, or crab on your rice bed, wield a rolling mat like a pro and learn how to build and serve the roll like a pro. Located adjacent to Lincoln Road, South Beach’s well-known pedestrian shopping and dining street, the hall includes a curated selection of 13 unique dining and drinking options.
