Union Ten is a communal destination for both locals and tourists to explore distilling and the rich artisanal history of the community. Building upon London's legacy of artisanal craftsmanship, Union Ten ferments, distills, blends, and ages the finest ingredients to create local artisan spirits: handmade, batch-distilled, premium spirits made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Located in a historic building in London's Artisanal Sector, dating back to 1886, Union Ten Distilling Co. features a contemporary design incorporating reclaimed and restored architectural elements. The distillery offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, with four distinct spaces across 19,000 square feet: a working distillery and production facility, the Live Edge Tasting Bar, the Whisky Jack Hall with access to a private sand beach patio, and the new Gray Jay Lounge.

The newly installed stone-fired oven adds a unique outdoor flavor element to the menu, which showcases seasonally innovative items that reflect the distillery's products and the talents of local culinary artists.

The building can accommodate between 30 to 350 guests and offers ample parking at the rear.
