Welcome! Their fully equipped 1 bed, 1 bath guest house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's the perfect medium-term rental for traveling nurses and working professionals. Situated just off Highway 401, they're mere minutes from Victoria Hospital and a quick 10-minute drive from downtown. Guests can enjoy easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and GoodLife Fitness, all just a minute's drive away. Nature enthusiasts will love the proximity to the trailhead for Westminster Pond Conservation Area, featuring 5 beautiful ponds and 10 km of scenic hiking trails, just moments away!
The space includes a fully furnished unit that is a detached garage transformed into a modern apartment with a private entrance and ample parking.
- It features a full kitchen with a dishwasher and is stocked with cooking essentials.
- There's also a brand-new stacked washer and dryer for convenience.
- The bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet, while the living room has a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress topper provided. Essentials such as linens, towels, a blow dryer, a clothing iron, a toaster, a coffee maker, and more are included. Guests can also enjoy a private patio at the back of the unit. Please note that the space is not childproof.
- Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, as well as air conditioning and heating.
- External security cameras and keypad entrance are also provided for safety.
Some things to note: Although the unit is fully private, the hosts live in the main house and share the driveway. The back patio is private and exclusively for guests, but access to the backyard is not included. The hosts also have an incredibly friendly (and quiet) golden retriever who roams freely in the yard. He'll be sure to greet guests with a wagging tail and a big smile upon arrival and will likely become their best friend by the end of their stay.
