Mission

To empower youth within Portmore so that they can make a change and not resort to activities that can be to their detriment in the long run. Youth development is what we change agents are all about and helping to transform Jamaica through our involvement is what we set out do.

STORY

The Portmore Youth Council seeks to Foster environmental health for youth in Portmore. Give the youth of Portmore a voice to speak up to the nation and be heard. Develop and make opportunities available for youth Strive to maintain a balance in each community through youth engagement.
