• * In accordance with local city noise ordinances, all amplified music and loud entertainment must conclude by 10:00 PM.
• * Guests are expected to remain within the designated event space. Loitering, congregating, or gathering on neighboring streets is not permitted.
• * Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• * Illegal drugs and controlled substances are not permitted on the property.
• * For events with 50 or more guests, a licensed and insured security officer or security company must be present throughout the duration of the event.
• * The event host is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with venue policies and conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
• Failure to comply with these policies may result in the immediate termination of the event without refund.
