Host rules

• 1. Booking time must include setup and breakdown.
• Please book enough hours to arrive, set up, clean, and exit on time.
• 2. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
• 3. No glitter, confetti, powder, or messy props.
• These items damage surfaces and require excessive cleaning.
• 4. No open flames, candles, or incense.
• 5. Furniture may be moved carefully — but must be returned to its original place.
• If furniture is left out of place, an extra fee will apply.
• Please do not drag items across the floor.
• 6. Do not hang anything on the walls without approval.
• No nails, screws, tapes, or adhesives.
• 7. Trash must be thrown away in the provided bins.
• If you bring event trash (balloons, boxes, décor, catering waste, etc.) that does not fit in the bins, you are required to take it with you.
• 8. All backdrops, props, and event décor must be fully removed at the end of the booking.
• Nothing should be left behind.
• 9. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level.
• No loud parties.
• 10. Stay within the areas included in your booking.
• Private rooms are off-limits.
• 11. No pets unless pre-approved.
• 12. Leave the space as clean and organized as you found it.
• This includes floors, surfaces, kitchen area, and all used areas.
• 13. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments according to Peerspace policy.
• 14. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
• Please treat the space with care and respect.
• Loud music must end by 22:00
• Quiet hours apply
