Shoreline Studios

Shoreline Studios is a photo and film studio and one of Canada’s longest-running casting facilities (established 1995), operating multiple production and audio studios under one roof.

Venue highlights: The venue provides sound‑treated multi-purpose studios alongside dedicated white cyclorama and green‑screen rooms and an intimate photo/film studio. A full‑service audio studio handles ADR, voice‑over, sound design, mixing and mastering, and virtual production services are available.

Best for: Self-tape and casting sessions, audio recording and post-production work, and studio-based photo and film shoots that require in-house production rooms and technical support.

Location: The neighbourhood is East Vancouver and the building fronts an industrial and commercial strip. The venue provides free on-site parking for crew and equipment.
