Franklin Commons

Over 3500sqf of optimized studio, production office , and event space.

Welcome to the Franklin Commons — a newly designed, versatile space built to accommodate a wide range of productions, events, and creative uses.

Spanning over 2,000 square feet, the studio combines thoughtful design with a striking brutalist, exposed-brick aesthetic, evoking a dreamlike atmosphere that invites one question: What can we create? At the heart of the space is a one-of-a-kind atrium enclosure — a bold architectural feature unlike anything else in the city. Whether it’s the backdrop for a photo shoot, a stage for your latest product, or the placement for a DJ set, the atrium brings a dramatic edge to any experience.

The studio is fully equipped for ease and efficiency, with load-in access, a pre-built softbox, nearby kitchen facilities, large bathrooms, and Franklin’s signature turn-key service. With additional rental options available, the Commons Studio is ready to meet the needs of your next project.

Step into Motel 73 — a set out of time, and one of the most distinctive offerings at Commons. As with all our spaces, the goal is simple: unmatched versatility. Every inch of its 450 square feet is thoughtfully designed, featuring a fully functional bar and a modular layout that transforms to fit your vision. With Franklin’s signature service and customizable add-ons, we’ll make sure your experience runs smoothly and stands out.

With over 1,500 square feet of thoughtfully designed workspace, our production office has everything you need to stay productive and comfortable — from a fully equipped kitchen and blazing-fast internet to optional parking, essential office supplies, a boardroom, and private offices.
