Hydra Estiatorio

Hydra Estiatorio is an upscale Greek restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, within the atrium of the EXchange Tower.

Named after the Greek island of Hydra in the Aegean Sea, the restaurant showcases time-honoured Greek ingredients and traditional cooking styles, with a focus on fresh seafood, whole fish, grilled meats and Mediterranean dishes. Guests can select fresh seafood directly from Hydra’s Raw Bar, complemented by an award-winning wine program featuring selections from Greece and around the world.

Set within a dramatic 60-foot glass-enclosed atrium, Hydra offers a striking backdrop for corporate dinners, celebrations, receptions and private events. Flexible seating options accommodate gatherings of various sizes, including an intimate private space for up to 30 guests and full restaurant buyouts for up to 150 guests.
